Our way of doing business:
We have been supporting people and organisations who want to improve performance through the application of TOC since 1985. Since 1990 we have been treating our knowledge as a valuable product not a service. We do not sell time. Our philosophy is that our knowledge should bring significant benefits to our customers and they should only pay for the value delivered. Normally the practice is to agree with a customers a value for what we deliver before work begins. They then pay the agreed value when each of the milestones are reached. A significant proportion of any agreed fee is not paid until the results have been realised at the end of the agreed joint activities. In larger projects there may be an element of the fee retained and this will only be paid when the results and process have proven to be sustainable. Getting Started: Most customer relationships begin with a brief review of the current situation. This will probably take between 2 and 4 hours and may involve a tour of any facilities if this is relevant. The review will involve:
