We have been working with Dr Goldratt and TOC since 1985. We help people and organisations reach their goals much more quickly.
We help speed the achievement of goals by enabling people and organisations to identify and overcome the constraints that dramatically slow progress. Some of our current and recent customers include: ABB Power Products, ABB Oil and Gas, FMC Technologies, Letts Diaries, Mechetronics, Imerys Paper Pigments, Ellen MacArther, Offshore challenges and Belfast Hospital.
The services we provide include: identification of the constraints, appropriate education for those that need to involved and implementation support.
In addition, to these services we organise and manage management development programmes based around TOC and operational excellence processes.
We regularly support our customers in house management development programmes.
In the next 12 months we are delivering TOC education in: Poland, The USA, Brazil, Germany, India, England, China, and Mexico.
This site provides an introduction to TOC and its improvement processes. There are self teach materials available in the shop and there are introductory tutorials. Customers have access to further resources on line.
